Hirsch International Offers Tajima TEMX-C 1512
« on: July 16, 2011, 12:23:36 AM »
The Tajima TEMX-C 1512 is a 12-head 15-needle arm-type embroidery machine that offers the maximum in versatility and productivity. It is designed to do flat, cylindrical, and tubular goods with an auto sub-table lifter that moves up and down by a simple touch of the control panel. Frames are easily exchanged to allow the machine to sew on tubular goods such as T-shirts, sweat shirts, and uniforms; cylindrical goods such as socks, golf head covers and wine bottle bags; caps; and even pockets.
It features an easy-to-view 6.5-inch color LCD control panel with special use keys that make operation extremely intuitive and easy to use. The sleep mode saves energy and a LAN port makes it easy to network the machine or you can load designs through a USB memory stick. The ball screw drive system speeds up thread changeovers. According to Tajima, the time required for thread changes from the first to the ninth needle has been reduced from 3 seconds to 1.1 seconds.

A thread breakage sensor stops the machine immediately when an upper thread breaks or when the bobbin runs out and the sensitivity of the sensor is adjustable. Thread take-up springs pick up excess thread and stabilize the balance of the upper and lower threads during high speed production.  Spiral tubes between the upper thread course stand and the individual tension base protect upper threads from getting tangled.
