Problem of the day
« on: July 01, 2013, 03:36:15 PM »
On my Tajima TFMX, I get error 225. Image travelling outside of the frame space. This is for caps, but before I switched to cap frame, I had no issue with it tracing the image centered. When I changed the setting to cap frame all of a sudden it traces slightly to the left and then goes way right and I get the error code. How do I fix that?

Also, broke like 3 needles over a span of 25 or 30 stitches. I'm thinking my needle was hitting that little squiggly thing coming out the top of the bobbin case, but we will see. Any suggestions on that? I'm using sharps on the cap.

you may need to take the hat driver off the machine, and then do the origin reset. It's in the manual. it will take the main frame all around and resets the x and y axis. I've heard of us actually doing hats without setting the machine to caps because of a similar issue, and run the machine around 600-700 spm.

Yeah we just ran it without the cap setting and everything was fine.
