If it were me, I'd only charge them for your 1 hour or no charge. It doesn't seem to make sense to charge someone more just because they're worth more or because they would pay more somewhere else. Even with bigger clients, these types of perks to them builds loyalty. That few hundred pieces you looked out for them on could yield a few thousand next time.
