Ok...I will rephrase that....a 54 year old with basic printing abilities.

A couple weeks ago I played with printing a B&W photo for the first time. Now I want to learn to print photos in color.
I have Corel and use Simple Seps print on a 6 color manual press.

What are some good sources to get learned on how to do this?

Or who has the time to trade emails as I work through it?

CMYK?...Simulated process?....it's all greek to me....baby steps....but ready to attack a steep learning curve.

Simple Seps or Simple Seps Raster?

Simple seps won't do a true photo because it works in vector only.  I am playing around with a couple raster jobs in SS-Raster and we'll see how they turn out.  The first 2 I did were great, but the new interface is really confusing to me.

Have not tried Raster yet....this is my first foray into this area....any links or resources you can recommend?

if using simple seps, go right to advanced artist on YouTube. He has all kinds of videos on his stuff and corel in general. A wealth of info in my opinion

CMYK with underbase white and highlight white. I've found QuickSeps and the successor UltraSeps do a nice job with them, but printing this stuff of a manual can be tough because each shirt will look a little different; people can't produce repeatedly with the same pressure, speed or squeegee angle, but it does work; that's how I did my first experiment. I can make a file for you if you like...
