Right on schedule the busy season is upon us. Last week we took everything upstairs that wasn't necessary and brought down more carts and tables. No matter what the angle I can't get it all in one shot but in jpeg 259 the garments to the right are in pre-schedule phase. Along the dryers are staged and scheuled orders. Less visible are the screen staging and ink staging areas as well as the custom made racks for manuals and autos. Also you can see at the end of the dryers we have organised tables with the job folders hanging and facing the dryer catchers.
More importantly, at every work station, from screen making to ink mixing, press areas, to warehouse, recieving and shipping everyone has pretty much everything at their fingertips.\ at all times. This is how it has to be for us. And again it is by no means perfect but it takes the dumb stuff out of the equation
