Art stores, but they won't meet the Newman crowd's tension specs, lol!

Speedball is pretty common.

I got a batch of soft PVC key tags from China that they forgot to print on the back.......The factory replaced them but I got to keep the bad ones.....So I want to see if I can print them....Not even sure how fine of mesh I need or emulsion or ink....Just starting to explore....Thanks for the help.....

PS....What does 8xx and 12xx mean?....

The XX stands for "extra extra" hard to clean.  The old XX numbers are for multi-filament mesh.  8XX would be roughly 32T or 80 TPI, 12XX roughly 47T or 120 TPI.

I'd go with the 110 mono-filament for photo emulsion work.

There would also probably be little problem using a slightly larger and more common (to our industry) frame.
A small manual screen like 18" x 22" or 20" x 24" should be available from any general supplier. A visit to the Nazdar site and/or perhaps a call should help steer you to the correct ink/mesh/emulsion combination.

The problem as I see it with the big frames is that they are big....Imprint area is only .75"h x 1.25"w....But yes they would work.....

You could also use a normal manual frame. Just gang some on screen and line a few up at a time.
Pretty high mesh, 156-230 depending upon opacity, as a Nazdar all purpose air dry ink may suggest.

You'll need a good flexible ink for the soft PVC tags, I use a 2 part pad printing ink (Transtech type "PH") made for rubber loaded up with a bit of retarder. I have some tiny screens from a pen printing machine, I could burn your art onto one and mail it to you, free, I have more than I'll ever need. They are about 7" x 4" Nice high mesh count for detail work, plus you usually don't need a thick ink deposit with graphic inks to get decent opacity.
