Damn this DC stuff is like Crack... the more you do the more you want.  After reading the numerous post about DC and WB ink  from Tony I have started experimenting with it more and more and am now have enough confidence to run orders for customers. Nothing fancy but ran these yesterday 400 units on NL 3600 Dark Chocolate, NL3601 Heavy Metal and Jersey Hoodys all of them came out excellent. Had to double stroke the hoodys but other than that it was drama free, money making prints. No flash, no base plate, easy registration and awesome hand to the print

Thanks a bunch Tony for all your post, and other here that are so willing to answer my questions and share there time and knowledge with us all. Next week going to print off the edge of some shirts and see how much trouble we can get in

When we started doing discharge we quickly jumped to about %75 of our jobs being discharge.
We've scaled back some, but are still pretty high. It's just too easy....

100 percent of my jobs this week were discharge. Sometimes I even dream about it. No seriously I had a few dreams about the stuff. I may have to stop drinking it.
