Riley Hopkins 6 color four station re-furb
« on: December 04, 2012, 02:58:15 PM »
Been in storage for maybe ten years. It's one of the earlier ones. Came across it last month up in the mezzanine. Very light use. The head in the foreground is the before. The one in the background after. I am going over the whole press. Each head takes a couple of hours of brass brushing, WD40, and TLC. I have parts for everything and will will replace as needed but so far looks like just the nylon bolts need replacing. When this is finished it will basically be restored to near new condition. Side clamps can accomodate 23x31s including rollers. First $3,500 takes it FOB. It will be palletized and shrinkwrapped.  This press will last forever and was way ahead of it's time. It was one of Rileys first beefed up models from his racing days.
