I've got a 3 color print on black which includes white and glitter silver. Would you underbase the glitter with white to increase the pop of the glitter.?

I would. It does make a difference. I printed shimmer for the first time this summer. When I was doing a test print I did one with underbase and one without. The one with underbase looked 100 times better.
