Who's mixed it up? Was going to either use the starter formula for 801c or freestyle it with fluoro yellow and fluoro green.
I know neon blues are hard to do generally in the world of printing and in the world of perception generally speaking.

Flo Yellow and Flo Green will not result in a blue of any shade. Sericol does not make a "neon" or flourescent blue. But their RS blue and GS blue are very clean. The GS is closest in my book.
