I was just curious because in the near future we are going to open a place in Asheville. My son is down there and is interested in running it.

I left Tuscaloosa years ago. Currently Production Manager for The Print House in Pendleton. My girlfriend has a place on Lake Hartwell and a few acres in Landrum/Tryon, Camper on it for now), also about 45 min from Asheville. Curious as to what you're looking to setup.
