InkSoft recently hired Dimitri Ponomareff as chief technology officer. Holding a business administration degree in management information systems, he has 20 years’ experience in information technology as a chief information officer, vice president, director and web developer as well as in managing and consulting on software and ecommerce solutions for employers and his own clients.
He is an expert in Agile, Lean, DevOps and Scrum, which are systems for developing, delivering and sustaining complex products; planning, prioritizing, and measuring work; shortening systems development life cycles; and helping employees reach their potential.
He also is PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, a Certified Scrum Practitioner, a Certified Scrum Master, and a Project Management Professional.
In 2008, Ponomareff founded his own company, Torak Inc., which provides coaching and training to clients such as American Express, Best Western International, Charles Schwab, Morgan Stanley, and the Mayo Clinic.
In 2017, he founded another company, Kanban Zone, which offers visual process management tools to help businesses use technology to increase results, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
His primary responsibilities for InkSoft will be to lead the team in software design and development, engineering, and quality assurance to accomplish the product roadmap.
