Hello, we are trying to match previous prints of Union Solar Blue using waterbased. Solar Blue doesn't really look fluorescent but it's fairly bright.
Trying to do it with discharge as I believe the HSA version will take numerous white & flo screens to achieve brightness.
We have all of the CCI D-Flo Discharge colors & just about every Matsui product in regards to HSA & Discharge.
CCI D-FLO Blue at activator % of 2, 2.5, 3, 6% and it's pretty dull.
Matsui 300 & 802C at 2.5% act, still not there.
I know typically lower activator for FLO colors is best.
We have the Matsui Glow pigments. I guess the next step is making a custom mix using Glow Blue pigment only? Anyone have any luck?
We had to simulate Union Traffic Green and D-FLO green did ok at 2.5% activator.
