Okay, so we're back to the "sticky emulsion" issue, but apparently, this particular film is especially and even ridiculously susceptible.

Thats right Andy. It's a combo of cheap film (the cheaper ones have shorter shelf life) and humidity/ damp emulsion. Perfect storm.

FWIW, I've run into the sticky emulsion/trashed cheap film issue with a number of emulsions--and relative humidity here averages about 15%. Heat seems to be the big factor here--similar unit to 3Deeps.
One of the big reasons I've never seriously considered switching to a pure PP--they are much worse than the LX-680/Poly plus DC's I prefer using.
