Teaching and Learning
« on: October 05, 2019, 06:00:04 PM »
It is hard to be this not about me about me however many will may nod. I no longer stand on the soapbox. I am learning. Many many things. I am learning how to paint with pastels, learning how to write, learning how to walk, and learning to cook for the masses. And yes, staying sober. It is very humbling. Keep learning. It is so important. I never knew. Yes, there were many articles but stick to your guns!

I have often said that it is not always about the products and equipment, but the people. However, if one ties that all together, then it is a winning combination.

The point is that most floor people do not want to know why the ink does not work or cure or why the press is out of register. It takes someone of caliber to bring that in without being over intimitaded. Some people do not want to be taught when they think they know it all. I am in that group.
