Font ID, God Willing

Can't for the life of me figure this one out. I have seen it around for a while and WhatTheFont has numerous postings for this font but "ol Technotronic must be stumped on this one.

Any ideas?

First off, let me post the image. Not a real good one for most of the Font ID sites

A little time on my hands. so I played with it a bit in PS, reposted and came up with NCCA Missouri Tigers Bold.
