Stahls’ recently implemented an improved order placement process, featuring a new artwork uploader for streamlined, enhanced service.
Developed in response to customer feedback, the upgraded system offers a complete menu of online order-placement capabilities. Features include instant pre-order quotes; online ordering, re-ordering and order-tracking; and built-in messaging to communicate directly with Stahls’ artists.
Customers will now be able to access saved designs from previous orders for easy re-use. All designs can be viewed in a dashboard, where customers can manage their artwork, place orders, and communicate with customer service.
