Where in FL are you located?  Might have some people I can send your way
I am in Boynton Beach. It is about 45 minutes from Ft Lauderdale.
I am planning on growing this year. My staff is complacent. They don't like being busy. We have never been this busy and the attitude is not good. I am looking to start a new person or two and phase the old out. Let me know if you think you might know someone.

Really, you could get 1 bilingual guy in there and he could help you with communication issues.  Of course, if he's out, you are SOL.

Most hispanics I've met are really hard workers.  They guy I have here now is awesome.  I am working on a cloning machine.
