So we toss the tape and it will end up sticking to sides of the garbage bag and at times pretty much ruin the bag and we have to change out the whole thing with the can being barely full. It's like a spider web in there sometimes.
Would using a silicone spray stop that from happening? Any tips or tricks?
So I didn't read everyone's answer, someone may do this too, but we don't use a garbage back, we us a big tub, put the tape right in the tube, as you know, that will start to just create a big tape pile, then as it gets to the height of the tub top, take a shirt from your rag bin and lay it over it, smoosh it down. Start piling on top, once that pile is pretty dense, put another shirt on top, smoosh it down, then we lay a piece of visqueen plastic on the floor, turn and dump the pile on it, and fold it up. The visqueen will stick to the tape, making a nice big bean bag sized ball. Toss that puppy in the dumpster, nice and easy.
