11 Color print on our new press

Since we are contract printers, I typically cannot show the stuff we print, but this guy is a brand and doesn't mind the exposure.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Yes very nice print and I love that fact that your press is big enough for those colors and flashes plus cool down stations 8)

Nice print!  We have a Guantlet III 16 color as well, such a nice press.

Placement is to low in my opinion, it's closer to the bottom of the shirt than the top!?!

These were the first on the press of a 750 piece run. Only the first 50-60 were youth, the rest were larger adult. It was really too large of a print for those youths in my opinion, but customer didn't want to pay for 11 more screens or a split run charge. He actually gave me YXS and YS too. I refused those and only went on YM and up.

The pallets were extra sticks because we card it on now and they were freshly remasked for a big polyester run before that. It's such a fine balance using glue. Either too much like this, or not enough and they slide around. Sliding is bad news on an 11 color print!

Print looks good! I don't think it's too big for the youth tees if the placement was higher.
