He broke his dongle
« on: March 06, 2017, 05:25:39 PM »
Or security key, or whatever the thumb drive thing is that let's us use the software. We have Tajima DGML software, and these days just use it for previewing files that we send out to our contract embroiderer. Someone hit the drive and broke it off in the computer. It's been years since we've had any contact with Hirsch regarding the software and key. Anyone know who to go to or how to fix this little problem? Thanks much

you're going to have to contact Hirsch, or whoever handles support for the DGML software itself.

Or you can download Wilcom TrueSizer for free.  We use that for previewing on computers outside of the embroidery department.

Thanks, we did contact Hirsch and heard back today. We rigged the current one good enough to work. Back up/new one on its way soon.
