Need some font help

Does anybody have a clue as to what font this is?  I tried what the font with no success.  Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I've never seen anything like that one.  How much typing do you need to do?  Is it just that what we see?

I need to embroider a name on a cap with this font.  So not much typing.
