So what is happening here? LOL
« on: January 02, 2017, 03:22:10 PM »
Well on our tajima single head., our girl somehow messed up the timing. Im not sure what happened to mess it up but it did. Ive spent 3 days playing around with it.

I finally got it to stitch without breaking a thread every 3 seconds. So i consider it a success., somewhat. Im going to attach a picture and if there is anyway anyone can tell me why those pcs of thread are there? Something must be off when it starts maybe?

I wish it would sew better too...if timing goes off is there anything else i may need to adjust also?

thanks

Rob

Could be needle depth or some thing else. Try another color for white see what happens.
