Carrier must be UPS, FedEX or OnTrac. Purchase must contain CAD-CUT® and/or CAD-COLOR® heat transfer materials and the sub-total, before trade discount, must be less than $1,500.
It began February 8th, 2016 and replaces the exclusive online discount program.
