For me, and my business and lifestyle, by keeping my nose clean and staying out of trouble, I don'r even need a suit for court appearances! :P

Sandals and shorts at least six months a year.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

I came in one Saturday wearing pajamas.  We are closed on that day anyway.  Other wise people would swear I'm part of many families with all the different family reunion shirts I wear.

I have gotten to work only to find out I'm still wearing my slippers...

We have a shorts only policy for men.  We also require all men to wear flipflops and vest.

I'm going to add a visor to this and update our employee guidelines.

But since gender identification is an important, protected characteristic in our work place all employees will have the above option or they may wear an acid washed denim jumper and "blossom" style floppy hat with black boots.

Thanks to the original poster for addressing this crucial facet of workplace synergy.
