Purging issue with our Sprint 2000 dryer
« on: February 25, 2016, 02:49:16 PM »
First time this has ever happened with our 2008 Sprint 2000 dryer.

When it hits the set temp it purges, the temperature drops 30 degrees and then it cycles up and repeats.

Any suggestions. Have a call into M&R tech support. Just waiting for a call back.

Thanks!

Just in case it makes a difference the serial number is0700402075

First thing to come to mind would be to check the Veriflame box...

...I have no idea what I'm talking about, but that is literally the first thing to come to my mind.  The techs have always walked me right through to the problem.

Before you speak to service double check the year of your dryer or the serial number. The serial says it's a July 2000 dryer
