Jvanick- you use it at all with SP-1400?
honestly I have not tried...  I do have a quart here, I suppose I could mix it up and shoot some screens with it.

I'd add 2 cool points(I don't give these out frivolously) under your name if you find time to. Also be happy to replace your emulsion with a fresh gallon.

We had the unit maybe a year ago, but exposure and time wise on the SP-1400 it performed worse than our 1k MH. There was a issue that our unit did have a sizeable hole punched in the back of it. But Saati never responded to us as to wither the hole had effected output or not.

They tried pushing their PHU(I belive is called) on us saying it was better and would expose quickly with the unit. It was all too much to change at once for me, switching chemicals, emulsion and exposure unit sounded like a nightmare for troubleshooting new issues should they arise. I have a feeling it will be a hot January in Minnesota before we switch from SP-1400!

Let me see if I can get a bottle of diazo from my local vendor. Emulsion is still good but the diazo is shot.  Otherwise might take you up on your offer. .  Too bad you're not just a little bit closer... I'd bring it up and we could play with it for a day in your conditions... emulsion thickness plays a huge roll in how well things work

Ohhhhhhhhhhh I don't know, that sounds like a lot of "me" doing things! ;D

If you have time and are willing, I'll happily buy you some emulsion. Suppose I could just send you a diazo packet as well....

Let me know!
