how small? With flocking paper just about anybody should be able to do it.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

I believe what Dan is referring to is an inline flocking project. This is difficult but not impossible to accomplish with flock transfer paper. The non flocked areas should be discharged or plasticharge colors. I wrote about this in Printwear ys ago where I made my own adhesive with the crystals, HD clear, and a little puff additive. 200 micron stencil for extra loft. Also an air operated transfer machine with a pressure gauge and height adjustment is advised in order to achieve acceptable and consistent results. Definitely wash test for adhesion. This is a project for someone who has a reasonable amount of experience with it based on the images Dan sent me. Nice graphics. Best of luck with your search DD I'll ask around.
