Auto losing Revolver Program
« on: June 29, 2015, 10:24:16 PM »
When I program my Auto in Revolver it will run for a while and then with not changing anything it will start printing in a different order then I programmed it.
Anyone else experience this.
Like I program it
1st round
print head number one 2 strokes and flash
2nd round number one 2 strokes and flash and number 3 two strokes
3rd round number four print and them pull shirts.
It may run this for 10 rounds and then one round it will print all heads at the same time the first round.
I look and the program has changed

make sure that the program ends so to speak and the next line of the program is blank or the program will keep running.

Not sure what press you have, but on our Diamondback for instance, you need to toggle down and back up to run once the printing is on the final revolution and coming around to be completed - otherwise it continues on to the next revolutions, 4,5,6 etc with no printing being done.  It's the way to tell the machine I am ready and the next shirts and they will be loaded.

I know exactly what you are doing! It's happened to me multiple times. I can't now for the life of me remember what the hell it was. Its the succession of the switches in the wrong order. So say you stop to clean the screen, then toggle the wrong switch updown to restart it will print all heads that are on. Happens when you get tired. Or forget to toggle the switch to start the next rotation of revolver.

Other problem we had similar to this had something to do with the missed shirt stick.
I spend too much money on equipment...
