Reversible Mesh Tanks - quickest and easiest method?

Have around 40-45 of these to do, front and back, inside and out.  I am using plastisol transfers.  The location of the art and design of my heat press mean the whole garment will be on top of the platen when pressing.  I know I will need some kind of barrier inside to prevent sticking.  Will I also need some kind of barrier between the reversible layers to be safe (3 total for the final pressing)?  I don't have a teflon pillow to block the heat from the bottom, but is there something else that will work similarly? I usually usejust a teflon sheet or parchment paper.  I know I can do these as I have done similar items before, but I am mainly looking for the easiest way to do these where it is foolproof.  Thanks!

edit: Ignore...I was wrong, I can thread one side at a time, so I just need something like the parchment paper between the layers to prevent adhesion to the other layer.  Oops!

I press and when i take the jersey off i put mu hand in and pull apart while its still hot...do not wait until it cools down, its a mess...

 i do not use any sheets in between any layers.

How do you avoid the ink sticking to the inside of the other layer?  The holes in the mesh are pretty large...

he's saying that it does stick a bit, but can be separated while still hot. I don't know if he is working with plastisol as you are, or vinyl though.
Though I usually use a pillow, I have done it without, and the vinyl does stick at first but can be peeled apart.

 I put a teflon sheet (no pillow) between the layers to keep from sticking to other side. (when doing something like Thermo film)

no pillow -  I have used a white towel folded and put between the layers to help with heat. (With the teflon sheet as well.)

If you have extra platen rubber that works as well, in between layers intead of a pillow. If you have a big enough piece of course.
