How is screensetup on SROQUE press compare to M&R trilock ?

Much faster if you use films, and just faster if you are CTS.

how do the sroque systems work with the CTS?

SUPER accurate and precise pin system. The matching pin bar can be installed on almost any CTS - costs about $100.

You could literally have no screen printing experience and line up an 8 color job in a minute or two by just popping the screens on the press, little to no micro required, but smooth precise micro adjustments if needed. It also works with standard frames without pins or roller frames too.

@J-Man - Are you using a S.Roque with a CTS unit? I spoke with 2 people about this situation, and I think the best solution(currently) we talked about was to have to use a pallet like a Tri-Loc pallet(which I can't justify) to determine absolute zero... Spot color work would probably never be off enough for it to be a issue, but high LPI sim process is so much more exacting.

I know there is a solution to that on newer machines coming, but I was curious how people are doing it now?

There are a handful or ROQ's in use with a CTS unit. The Tri-Loc type Special Reg. Pallet is one of the options if you don't want to pin your screens; however, the pin system is definitely quicker. What the newer solution does is combine them both to use either standard or pinned frames

Can you pin roller frame ? is that same pin as MHM ?

Roller frames have a different tab. MHM ones will not work unless you have the press made with modified MHM style heads.
