Still not found best no diazo emulsion for water base and discharge.

We have had good results with the Saati PHU and Kiwo Discharge, when post exposed does fine with discharge and WB. But of course it's dependent on the size of the run, the most we have done has been 500 double stroked discharge with either of them.

KIWO discharge was my go to for a LONG time, and I still love that emulsion, but without diazo it will break down.  And its WAY over priced.

The best price we have found is Ulano orange for $175 for a 5 gallon delivered.

Like I said we have only used on shorter runs. The only time I had an issue with the Kiwo was 200 sleeves printing over the edge of the pallet. I'm doing a 1800 run on mondy and not chancing it, running the Ulano Double Duty.

If you want an orange, look at cci orange, cheap, and I promise when you take the lid off you will want to drink the whole gallon.   It smells awesome!

Actually, if it's the TX Orange you're talking about, the tech sheet says good for Plastisol, WB and Discharge
