Storing Vinyl

I'm in the process of remodeling my small screen printing and vinyl press shop. Space is limited so I'm trying to make the most out of my storage area.

So I'm looking for input from users of vinyl in how they store their rolls of vinyl. Standing, laying, hanging, etc. Pictures would be best in showing/explaning methods.

Mine is all at a buddy's shop because he cuts for me, but if I had it here, I'd make a rack on the wall that held rolls horizontally on large dowels, sort of like paper towels, but with an easily removed dowel.
The bottom one, if positioned correctly, could even feed the cutter.

This is how I store most of mine. I need to make some more and I could have put them closer together. I just used some 2x6 I had around and drilled dowel rods in at an agle

Just moved my rack this morning, 4x4"s with 1.5" pvc spindles at a slight inclined angle.

We have a rack in another room for seldom used media. The frequently used are rolled and stacked on the wall with velcro(Fuzzy side in).  Notice the rolled, hand written paper label in the top for a quick reference.  We don't have a lot of room in the art department and this works best because it's out of the way.  Even a high rack will interfere with mobility in a crowded room.

Don't chince out on the size of the PVC for the holders... trust me!
