I think the biggest culprit in the downfall is our food. may sound stupid, but we are all eating JUNK and it greatly effects your body - your tired, cranky, out of shape, keep putting junk in it, body is going to run like junk... Start eating healthy food and get your 60 minutes a day of exercise, you will see how much happier you will be. instead, we are inside playing on these damn computers and video games, eating a pizza. . .

...keep doing what you're doing, you'll only get what you've got...

Watch it! Monday is either pizza or Cheese steak here at the pond!

And before you jump on me, we eat veggie 4-5 times a week!
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

I gotta agree with Homer & Scobey;  i think it's a fast food mentality.  Two Whoppers cut in half - no onion and you get it in a couple of minutes.  If the provider starts to infringe on our time - look out.  First the little dance routine starts - shuffle feet, put hands on hips, cross arms over chest, sigh loudly and pace in small circles.  Then the mouth gets going and that's usually when i walk out of the room.  The intersting thing here is that we notice it much more with walk-ins than our i-net clientele.
