One thing that you guys may want to try, and I didn't like it at first but really like it now is- use the pedal as a break(you can switch how you want it set up, as a "break" or a "advance"). Well we have ours as a break and when someone is learning on that press and after that we tell them to use the pedal every time no matter what. That way it becomes a habit and you don't even think about actively doing it. Then you can basically take off any dwell from the machine and print as fast as the machine is loaded and if there is a issue grabbing a T or something and you are delayed 1 sec or so it is not a issue because you still have your foot on the break. Just a thought, but it has worked well for us!
