Printing over / across hoodie Pockets
« on: December 12, 2014, 02:25:21 PM »
I have a job in the works that could possibly result in printing on and across the pocket of hoodies, I have never intentionally printed across the pocket, but was wonder if anyone has any tips on doing so, I can see possible issues with the area where the pocket is sewn on to the Hoodie. I just recently purchased the roller squeegee from Action, and was thinking of incorporating that into the mix.

Foam on pallet and light spray tac in the pocket.

we do it all the time here up to 12 colors.
We also use the roller, same as normal.

print like normal with a small shot of tac in the pockets.

Don't expect reg to be perfect, as it can and will move a little bit. Just add a disclaimer so the custy understands.
