ASSISTANT MANAGER / PRODUCTION MANAGER wanted at AcmePrints
Manager needed for a mid-size (1 MHM auto, 2 Workhorse manuals) commercial textile screen printing shop. This position will fall somewhere between the owner and our current production manager.
AcmePrints is a growing, but relatively experienced screen printing company looking for a great person to help us manage our production department of 6 people.
Position is full time, and 8-5, M-F.
Starting pay is $13 to 20 per hour depending on experience and skill level.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A genuine interest in giving people a great product.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on, commercial, textile screen printing experience, preferably much more.
• A minimum of 1 year of management experience, preferably more.
• Extensive manual and automatic press experience.
• The willingness & desire to figure out what needs to be done on ANY project given to you without requiring a hand to be held.
• Excellent organizational skills, such as prioritization, follow-up and follow-through.
• Highly motivated, reliable, and productive.
• Intimate knowledge of simulated process, true process, and spot printing on dark garments.
• Advanced understanding of screen mesh types, screen coating and their appropriate applications.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Understanding of basic mechanics of most screen printing equipment.
• Must speak, read, and write fluently in English. Spanish not necessary.
