I posted wanting a review of it's value and I got ZERO response.

So, not really sure if I'm going to any of these anytime soon.

This is what is in the Separations Boot Camp

A good tutorial on Adobe Photoshop to get you up to speed on how it works. We assume some attendees will have a good grasp of computer graphics but maybe not Photoshop.
How to use T-Seps, FastFilms and other automated separation programs as a way to speed up the process.
How to reduce the color count to accommodate your printing limitations.
How to use gray to your advantage.
How to reduce the amount of black ink yet retain shadow detail.
How to fix bad JPG images.
How to get cleaner colors with less color mixing.
How to soft proof the image and see exactly how it will print.
How to make the seps very screen print friendly with proper ink densities.
How to create separations that work on all shirt colors.
How to design artwork with color separations in mind.
How to design and separate so your production people will love you.
How to quickly fix customer artwork and improve the color contrasts and brightness.
What type of separations to use on different types of artwork.
How to do Simulated Process Color, Index Color and CMYK separations for light and dark shirts.
How to determine and dictate the proper halftone frequency, dot angle, dot shape, mesh count and more.
How to get the most out of Photoshop.
Shortcuts in Photoshop to speed up the work flow.
The secrets of proper screen making, ink usage and press setup.
How to print a high-end photo realistic print with a hands-on printing exercise.
and of course much, much more.

These are presented by Mike and Scott Fresener, both of whom have been around this industry's block a few times.

If I were a newbie or newbie-ish, I would seek to attend, the more knowledge the better. It seems like a good idea, especially to get a handle on PS, which does not work like a vector program, so some guidance is going to be very beneficial.

I get PS fairly well... no expert by any stretch.  My production manager gets illustrator but has a hard time wrapping his head around PS, he's still stuck in illustrator mode of thinking.  I can teach him things, but if this would be good for REALLY separating then I might be interested... but we are talking about like $1,500-$2,000 to get there and back... so unless we are going to be gaining REAL knowledge that can't be gained on youtube videos, I can't see it being worth that much coin and down production.
