Thanks for the input everyone, it is greatly appreciated.  I'm hoping to see both presses (as well as the possibility of a few others) in person in the coming months, and will keep the thread updated as to my findings.

Spot Color Supply here in Atlanta has a 6/8 Sabre set up with a Flashback that they let me come out and play with for a couple hours. It has definitely put me on the fence between the Sportsman and the Sabre too.  I would encourage anyone near Atlanta to make the trip to Spot Color and let Brannon and Scott show you the Sabre. It's impressive. This thread is likely going to be my most visited in the coming weeks before I make my final decision for the fall.
