Ozzy juice! You can buy it at Grainger. It has an active microbe and is mind blowing how well it works on plastisol. Best I have ever seen.

we use Plastiwash here too... actually just hold the whole screen above the parts washer and quickly hit both sides with the gong brush... then rinse in the sink... 99.9% of the ink is gone before it goes in the dip tank..

i like the plastiwash, we use it in our parts washer and as a press wipe.  Works great, dries pretty quick.

I just got a sample of ICC 936, it works good , but the price and smell will keep me away from that, CCI paste is my choice so far.

one of my customers sells Ozzy stuff.  We sew that logo on his shirts all the time.  I am getting a 5er to try out.  It's cheaper than just about anything else out there.
