I stumbled apon a double tier/double decker Vortex gas dryer for sale, and i was wondering, how do these work? is it just two separate belts going at different speeds? or is it a complex way to put the shirt through twice?

Sounds like the dryer they made for water base and long retention times in small spaces.

We actually have a triple belt unit running on our floor now for the ink companies to test cure on. our double belt version was made to return the garment to the printer for digital applications. Cant speak to the Precision one as it was made and discontinued before we acquired them.
