Corel X4 fonts ???
« on: July 28, 2011, 05:46:03 PM »
Not sure if this is where I need to post this but here it goes...
I HATE THE WAY Cdr 4 does the fonts... Just wondering if anyone else has my attitude. In 3 you got a list that drops down and you can just buzz right through them but in 4 it has to do the whole line of letters and you have to move your text just to see what the font looks like with your word. Hey I am just ranting been a tough day, got a busted water line going to my store and it is under the slab which means $$$$$$$ and sweat lots of it !!!

look at the bright side, at least it didn't bust IN the shop.  My friend is having one side of his house redone since a pipe burst and flooded the house while they were on vacation.  He had the poly pipes replaced in February and whoever did the plumbing over crimped a fitting causing it to fail.

Sucks...so far they are at $20,000....to the insurance company who gets to fight it out with the plumbers insurance.

Well MK I do consider myself blessed, I am able to dig the new trench, I am able to do the plumbing, So all in all I am truley a blessed man. Although it is taking away from some other items that really need my attention. Like art and quotes... I am sorry to here about your friend maybe the insurance company will take care of the coverage. I usually try to remember to cut the main water valve off to my house when we are out of town even for a weekend. The cut-off valve was place where it is simple to walk over and pull a handle. Hearing that will remind me about it when I do get away.
