Rounding ends of squeegees?

I am about to replace my squeegee blades, I do not have a cutter for rounding the ends.
Is there an easy way to do this?     I thought of using a wood disk sander.
Will welcome any ideas? Thanks.

Should work well with a fine enough grit. We use a Dremel on the recommendation
of someone here.

we use the cinder block walls in the shop or the concrete outside!  takes about 10 seconds and its free.

The sidewalk is my weapon of choice.  Pretty much like cinder blocks--but we're in a building with a wood exterior.

$35 bench grinder. My guess is no HF in Israel though, but you probably have something similar. . .

The purpose of rounding the corners of the squeegee is to relieve stress on the stencil and screen mesh at the outside edge where the blade contacts the screen.  A small radius of 3/16" or 5.0mm is more than enough. There's some more information in the attached brochure from Serilor

I learnt it the hard way. I tore my new 305/31 mesh as I was scrapping ink out of it with a squeegee. After that I rounded all my squeegees.

That HF grinder looks sweet, bonus dremel tool even.   

We have an "official" corner cutter but it actually kind of sucks and we still need to finish it off with some emery cloth.  The key is to make sure everyone doing the corner rounding is doing it exactly the same and the cutter does help with that.  Otherwise, you may wind up with a situation on a maximum width image.
