Selling Trademarks
« on: November 29, 2013, 09:23:00 AM »
I posted earlier questioning how to price or sell a Trademark. Well I have learned a lot that I may never use. I have found that if you are contacted by a Trademark Negotiator, DO NOT TALK TO THEM. Get an Attorney or get your own Negotiator. These people are Criminals

Sorry to hear. Seems like you may have experienced this first hand. Such a shame that most times when you bend over to pick up a lucky penny, someone comes from behind to screw you.

You have to always watch out and trust almost no one. Never tell anyone your plans unless you are legally bound. Never show your cards.
