Title: Poly Ink and Plastisol?

I have 100% polyester Tees. White Ink for poly but no Maroon for Poly. Black Tees. I was told I could print poly underuse and the maroon on top of it. My question is poly will cure at 280 degrees and Plastisol at 325. will all ink cure?

First off, except for some new specialty inks, your "Poly" ink is also probably plastisol, albeit specially formulated to cure at lower temps and block sublimation.
That said, I'd suggest getting some fast flash or low cure additive from an ink maker and modify your maroon plastisol to cure at closer to the poly temp.

I know that IC has one, and I think that others must have as well.
Years ago, there were powders, that were problematic in mixing in well, and hence discontinued. I suspect most now are like bases.

Thats right Andy. We have about 60 PMS/LCA inks on hand for poly, dryfit etc.
