Takes longer to thread the fkr than it does to set it up.

Our thread just came in today, so really I could start setting it up, but I figure the tech would get all pissy.

Super quiet, like unbelievable how quiet it is actually.

Did some flat testing, setting up caps in a few and will be probably running production on it rest of the day.

Yea probably 4.5 hours to thread that thing haha.

Our single head came with thread on the machine already when it was shipped.

Awesome embroidery setup...

I'm looking to get a small single head addition to our embroidery...doubling our amount of heads haha.

I will probably sell my SWF's, and buy a couple more 4 or 6 heads.  But no rush for now, going to let it settle in and see how much difference we see.

How many do you need Mr. Tees?  I only need 1 for now... 4 or 6 head would be plenty to start with. :)

That is true, you did.  I forgot, but no worries, not for sale yet.  I will let you know first and Gilli second.  I suspect if this thing is what I think it will be is we will unload the 2 4 heads I have and ill replace with another 6 head.

Nice,
Is there any difference between the SWF and Barudan in quality/speed?
Thanks

Both.  The Barudan is sewing around 1/3rd or faster the same files a SWF is.  Sew out is better, the machine does not stop as often if at all either compared to the SWF's.  It's just a flat out better machine.  Period.  I can't fault the SWF's as I have put myself in the embroidery game with them.  Great machine, but they are not at all of the same quality of a Baurdan or a Tajima.

i agree, tajima and burdan are top tier, swf is second tier.

SWFs are great to get into it with don't get me wrong, its IMO one of the best bang for the bucks out there, but it's not a top level machine.  Its maybe 3rd or 4th in the game.  I wouldn't change what ive done.  I would do it all the same again.  I couldn't afford these nicer machines when I started, so had I done that I wouldn't have as many machines as I do now.

Wait till you start getting those big five hundred plus piece jobs you are going to need some room and big tables.

We already doing jobs that big.  Thus the need for more machines.  We did 288 hats the other day in under 3hrs.  This was before the 6 head.
