M&r sportsman. In revolver mode the second lap takes off like a bat outta hades and only listens to the delay on quartz. Not the index. I have a manual second flash on head 7 so I need it to sit there 8 secs or so to flash and cool but it takes off after 2 secs. How do I compensate?

not sure if it's the same as our DB, but some times we set an "Index delay" and it kicks in during the last revolution that you set to give you time for unloading loading. When we want our tables to pause in the up position, we set the quartz timer in the timer menu on the presses main control panel, we use that for a manual flash that we slide in for extra flash and need to use that Quartz timer setting in the panel since it's a weaker flash than our main Reno that shuttles. Don't know if that helps, hope so!

Hello Shelly,
I don't have your e-mail but I sent a message to Brandt on how you can set a head for a radiant panel flash and set the timers.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best Regards
Andy

If your quartz flash has a photo eye, set the actual quartz flash time using the photo sensor, then in the control panel set the quartz timing to 8 seconds. The pallet should stay in the up position for the 8 seconds you need for the manual flash.
