Hi guys,
I remember a little while ago there was a discussion on the LED Exposure unit baby joe 2000?
Did any of the big boys from here try it out?
Was it, Is it, any good?
Looking for some info on it if possible.
Its coming close to purchase a used/new exposure unit for me. I want to say bye bye to my flourescents. Obviously, the nuarc msp3140 is something I've been drooling over for a while.
Cheers!

Lou and I are working on a test here at our facility. so far the plan is to test three or four different mesh counts and SBQ and dual cure emulsions.
We'll check the stencil quality under the microscope and compare print results on the actual garments (measured with a densitometer).
Part of the test will involve the exposure time comparison and long term ease of maintenance and potential replacement part costs.
'probably in the next 10-15 days . . . You are more than welcome to come and join us if Cleveland is not too far!
