I am currently using a Crystal Clean service to fill my Safety Clean System. We use it to clean Ink off of our Squeegys, Floodbars, etc. what do other shops use for this. It is getting expensive these days.

At Xenon we have Plastiwash. Pit in your sink and you are good to go. Add an external filter like MK162 did and get 1 year out of one fill up.
-
ink cleaner..ahhahaa...no really we use beaniedo from franmar...

I use Xenon Plastiwash In my parts washer. Does a great job.
-
WATER HAHAHAHA
-
i second plastiwash for palstisol. Do me a favor and look at your terms of service with crystal clean or whatever, you are liable for your fluid even on their truck and in their facilities most times.
-
I use RhinoClean Screen Wash SW145. stuff works great.
-
We use citra paste scrub the screen a bit with it then rinse down the drain. I have a basic trap with old mesh to catch any debris. Squeegees usually only get wiped with a rag if on their tough then a spritz if citra paste and pressure wash off.

Franmar's Green Again. (it's basically a recycled bean-e-doo, smells like waste veg oil)
I keep spray bottles of various concentrations of Simple Green all over the shop. Helps w. stubborn WB that likes to stain and sometimes is nice to spritz squeegees and cut the oily green again off.
And, for the gnarliest WB ink cleaning/screen opening tasks (rarely needed for textile inks) some TW Graphics S-032 cleaner.
I really want an all-in-wonder ink cleaner that I can run in a recirc tank and use in the booth as well. Something that will get after plastisol and help reduce WB staining in.

Same as Inkman, got rid of the parts washer a while ago. To clean squeegees and flood bars between jobs its some WD-40 and a rag.

Image Technology private labeled SC-5050

Franmar Greenway, way more expensive than BeanieDoo but really cuts the ink quick.
we are a small shop 5 gal. lasts lasts us forever
mooseman

Easiway 842 press wash
-
Beaniedo, but may look into Greenway.
-
CPS K3X as press wash and EasiWay Versa Solve in our recirculating unit.
-
Our parts washer has PSC 1000 in it from Tractor Supply.
Works well and it's cheap.

Cheap is good but some of those fluro based chemicals aren't good for uerothane squeegees. Makes them hard and brittle over time.
Something else I'm seeing with the newer compliant inks, they don't clean up well, even get really chalky with grease cutting cleaners.

Any experience with this particular chemical or just a better safe than sorry warning?

it's a generality.
for what it costs to have proper cleaner, we roll with decent stuff. It's still pretty cheap and in a parts washer, it lasts a long time.
