Title: Plastisol and Discharge together forever
Post by: tonypep on January 17, 2013, 12:49:17 PM
We've been doing it this way for our Resort line for 15 ys. The inside colors are discharge the outline is a fashion base plastisol navy. Trick.....the out line is spread by around a point and a half and slightly over prints the waterbase ink. Increases registration time by a huge amount. As long as your close it will come out perfect.
This setup was ten minutes.

Awesome example Tony as always!

Sorry yes decrases We started doing this for another reason. Often when the outline screen was waterbase it would dry up in the screen. These were the earlier discharge inks.
